Public Insurance Adjuster Contract

What We Do

When you sign our contract, it gives the insurance company permission to discuss your claim with us as your legal representative. It is printed right off the Texas Department of Insurance website (FIN 535). Once we have a signed contract, we provide a copy to your carrier and begin the process.

If the claim has been denied or underpaid:

We request and collect relevant information regarding your claim from you, your carrier, your contractor, or any involved parties. If necessary, we will request an additional inspection of the property from your carrier with a licensed, competent adjuster so we can attempt to come to an agreement on the scope of the damages.

If the claim is new and unreported:

We will file the claim for you and schedule an inspection with your carrier.

We are extremely comfortable meeting with your adjuster, showing the damages, discussing the loss, and assisting your adjuster in navigating the claims process to ensure you are fully indemnified after your loss. Our goal for every claim is to make sure you, your home and/or your business are put back to the same condition you were in prior to your catastrophic event.

We will keep you informed throughout the claims process on our progress, and we are always ready to discuss any aspect of your claim with you.
