Who We Are

I started out as a contractor in Louisiana in 1995 building commercial and residential properties. During that period, we were fire, flood and mold certified and a preferred contractor for multiple insurance companies estimating and repairing commercial and residential properties from all types of perils covered by insurance. During one of the most devastating disasters for Louisiana, Hurricane Katrina, I took a position with the Small Business Administration doing damage assessment across the gulf coast. This position led to my interest in adjusting and I took a position with Worley Catastrophe Services as an independent adjuster licensed in 27 states. I worked as an adjuster, team lead and trainer for incoming adjusters working in the field and in centralized environments for commercial and homeowner’s claims. In 2014, I became a public adjuster and now represent the insured, NOT the insurance company.

K3 Consulting was opened in April of 2019. Since the inception of K3 Consulting, we have successfully negotiated settlements for numerous townhome complexes, apartment complexes, strip centers, shopping centers, hotels, gas stations, auto dealerships, textile factories, churches along with hundreds of residential properties. We have also trained numerous incoming public adjusters with most moving forward and opening their own successful public adjusting firms. We feel that the more representation that exists for the insureds, the better and we donate our time to ensure that representation exists.
